A Sense Of Community

Inspired Entrepreneurs CommunityA week ago, I was in Los Angeles (woo hoo!) with Paul, attending a songwriting convention. (Paul’s the songwriter, not me – although I’ve dabbled in the past).

There were over 2,000 attendees, and the energy as you walked around the venue, during the four days of the convention, was amazing!

What struck us both most, though, was how helpful everyone was – from beginners through to seasoned professionals alike.

That’s what happens, when you find a real community.

This year, I’ve found the same kind of help, encouragement and support from joining Nick Williams’ “Inspired Entrepreneurs Community”, which meets at various times during each month in central London.

The Inspired Entrepreneurs Community is different from a networking group. Many of us have been to – or been members of – networking groups in the past, but we got bored with the way people tend to pounce on you, as soon as you enter the room, trying desperately to sell you something.

There are 3 main sessions each month:

  • a “Skill Building” session, with different topics and presenters each month
  • an “Unleash Your Brilliance” Leadership Circle sessions with Nick Williams
  • and a “Brilliance Incubator” session, which is an opportunity for any Community member to try something out on the other attendees. It might be a talk you want to do, or a new sales pitch – whatever you fancy.

I really look forward to taking part in the Inspired Entrepreneurs Community every month – and I miss it when I can’t make it for some reason. It’s nice to find somewhere that you can feel at home…

If you’d like to be surrounded by like-minded people who are there to encourage and support you, I can thoroughly recommend joining Nick Williams’ “Inspired Entrepreneurs Community”
